Panduit PSL-MLDH-X Multiple Lockout Device Hasp, Red (10-Pack)

This pack of 10 Panduit PSL-MLDH-X padlock hasps is for use during maintenance and repair work of equipment and is used for group lockout procedures involving multiple padlocks. They can be used alone or with a 0.19" diameter cable to lockout multiple electrical disconnects, gate valves, or to immobilize large cumbersome devices such as a forklift. They have a steel hasp for strength and resistance to corrosion and a polycarbonate sleeve for resistance to abrasion. The hasp connects to the power supply or cable, and then slides into the sleeve to line up the holes, where it is then secured with padlocks. These padlock hasps accommodates up to six padlocks.Lockout/tagout (LOTO) devices use color, warning labels or tags, and sometimes a physical barrier to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair. LOTO safety procedures require that lockout devices meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.147(c)(5) standards for quality assurance.Panduit manufactures electrical and networking products.
